Which type of Bobux should you choose?

Bobux has created each of these ranges to offer a different level of support and structure suited to the different stages of development a child's feet go through. Here's a breakdown...
Soft Soles - ideal for babies that have started to crawl around and explore. They give their feet freedom to move and grow. They provide them with protection and comfort whilst ensuring secure grip.
Xplorer - ideal for babies just taking their first steps; shuffling, propping themselves up on furniture and still crawling sometimes.
Step Up - ideal for infants that have taken first steps in the last few weeks. First time walkers have a unique foot shape, which is reflected in the Step Up range. They are as flexible as a shoe can get for enabling unrestricted development.
i-Walk - ideal for confident walkers that love running, jumping and going on adventures. A confident walker has a more developed, but still unique foot shape. The i-walk range accommodates this, providing the best possible flexibility whilst adding grip for kids on the go.
Kid+ - for bigger kids who are not just running and jumping but climbing, skipping, kicking and using their bodies in higher impact activities. Their feet are much more dexterous and their arch is becoming more defined. Their feet are strong and lean, but it’s as important now as ever to make sure their development is being nurtured in a pair of healthy shoes.

Shipping Charges
- If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping the shipping fee you pay is at the cost we are charged by our courier companies, or in many cases, less than we are charged.
- Courier companies charge by volumetric weight, so light but large packages are expensive to ship compared to small heavy ones.
- Our standard shipping charges start at $5 - you can calculate the shipping for your order by going to the checkout and choosing the correct delivery area.
365 Day Returns
We understand life with babies and children is busy, and sometimes you just don't get around to returning something quickly. Or you might find something tucked away that you never actually used!! You're most welcome to return an item for refund within 90 days from purchase. Please your refund will be returned to the original payment method.Alternatively items can be returned up to a year from purchase and receive a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be unwashed, unused and unworn items, in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect, saleable condition.
- Please note you will receive a store credit for sale items which have since been discontinued from our range.
- Shipping is not refundable on returns.
- Sorry we can't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.
- We do not accept refunds on change of mind electrical items. We will give a store credit for electrical items purchased within 30 days.
