Cuskiboo is a calming, safe and a healthy alternative to other infant comforters or sleeping aids. Keep the Cuskiboo close to you, either inside your clothing or next to you in bed for a few days; it will absorb all those comforting mummy/daddy scents, then introduce to baby to create a naturally safe comforting environment.
Cuskis are used in the neonatal and SCBU in the UK. They are made in a breathable fabric, and shaped and designed to fall away from the face with movement, however we still recommend Cuski use is supervised until 6 months of age. For peace of mind, Cuski has been fully tested to European Safety Standards. Cuski complies with all relevant British and European safety standards. BSEN71, EN71 Parts 1,2 & 3. Fabric

- This fabric is silkier feeling than the original Cuski fabric, however please note it is also more delicate (for example it can snag on the velcro used in Safe T Sleeps!)
- NOTE: Cuskiboo is a comforter, designed for snuggling and cuddling. It is not a teether! If you baby bites or chews their Cuskiboo, like any fabric it will develop holes over time. Also if your baby sucks on their Cuski, the saliva acid can lead to browning of the fabric over a period of time

Shipping Charges
- If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping the shipping fee you pay is at the cost we are charged by our courier companies, or in many cases, less than we are charged.
- Courier companies charge by volumetric weight, so light but large packages are expensive to ship compared to small heavy ones.
- Our standard shipping charges start at $5 - you can calculate the shipping for your order by going to the checkout and choosing the correct delivery area.
365 Day Returns
We understand life with babies and children is busy, and sometimes you just don't get around to returning something quickly. Or you might find something tucked away that you never actually used!! You're most welcome to return an item for refund within 90 days from purchase. Please your refund will be returned to the original payment method.Alternatively items can be returned up to a year from purchase and receive a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be unwashed, unused and unworn items, in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect, saleable condition.
- Please note you will receive a store credit for sale items which have since been discontinued from our range.
- Shipping is not refundable on returns.
- Sorry we can't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.
- We do not accept refunds on change of mind electrical items. We will give a store credit for electrical items purchased within 30 days.
- Any bath or health products are not able to be returned.
