The new Omni 360 Carrier is a forward-facing, newborn-ready baby carrier that offers comfort and ergonomics without the need for an Infant Insert. This easy to use carrier offers all carry positions and adjusts to support babies from newborn to toddler . The Omni 360 features a uniquely variable bucket seat which is easily adjusted as your baby grows. The seat supports your baby in the recommended hip-healthy 'M-Shape' seated position across all carry positions, including forward facing.
The Omni 360 ensures proper head and neck support for babies at all ages and stages with the foldable and extendable integrated head and neck cushion plus a hood. It also includes lumbar support, extra-cushioned crossable shoulder straps and a detachable pouch perfect for keys and phone.

Questions?
Isn’t a front-facing carrier bad for baby’s hips?
Not when it is an ergonomically designed carrier where baby’s legs are maintained in the optimum, frog leg position. The ergobaby 360 hasa unique bucket seat design, where baby sits in the carrier rather than the dangling style of traditional front packs.
Aren’t front packs uncomfrtable for the wearer once baby is a bit heavier?
ergobaby carriers are comfortable and this is no exception. The waist band is very supportive and baby is held close to you rather than pulling you forward.
But don’t some people consider it over-stimulating for babies to face outwards?
We do not recommend that newborns face outwards, as they do not have either the neck strength to maintain that position and it is important to be able to easily view your newborn to ensure their airways remain open. It is also easy for newborns to get over-stimulated and over-tired when facing outwards. For these reasons and the design and sizing of the carrier, the forward facing position is suitable for babies 6-12 months.

Shipping Charges
- If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping the shipping fee you pay is at the cost we are charged by our courier companies, or in many cases, less than we are charged.
- Courier companies charge by volumetric weight, so light but large packages are expensive to ship compared to small heavy ones.
- Our standard shipping charges start at $5 - you can calculate the shipping for your order by going to the checkout and choosing the correct delivery area.
365 Day Returns
We understand life with babies and children is busy, and sometimes you just don't get around to returning something quickly. Or you might find something tucked away that you never actually used!! You're most welcome to return an item for refund within 90 days from purchase. Please your refund will be returned to the original payment method.Alternatively items can be returned up to a year from purchase and receive a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be unwashed, unused and unworn items, in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect, saleable condition.
- Please note you will receive a store credit for sale items which have since been discontinued from our range.
- Shipping is not refundable on returns.
- Sorry we can't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.
- We do not accept refunds on change of mind electrical items. We will give a store credit for electrical items purchased within 30 days.
