A little TLC will go a long way in making sure you can enjoy your Bento Box for longer.
- Wash the Bento Box as soon as possible after each use.
- It is essential that you separate all three parts of the Bento Box for each wash, i.e. the outer case, the inner tray and the removable silicone seal insert. A revolutionary new design allows each section to be separated for easy cleaning and drying.
- Each part of your Bento Box can be washed in the dishwasher (top rack only). They can also be washed by hand
- To remove any food that may get trapped within the grooves of the silicone seal insert, we recommend that you use a soft brush
- Dry all parts thoroughly with a clean cloth or paper towel.
- We highly recommend that even once dry, you should keep the parts separate and store them in a well-ventilated area until ready to use again.

Shipping Charges
- If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping the shipping fee you pay is at the cost we are charged by our courier companies, or in many cases, less than we are charged.
- Courier companies charge by volumetric weight, so light but large packages are expensive to ship compared to small heavy ones.
- Our standard shipping charges start at $5 - you can calculate the shipping for your order by going to the checkout and choosing the correct delivery area.
365 Day Returns
We understand life with babies and children is busy, and sometimes you just don't get around to returning something quickly. Or you might find something tucked away that you never actually used!! You're most welcome to return an item for refund within 90 days from purchase. Please your refund will be returned to the original payment method.Alternatively items can be returned up to a year from purchase and receive a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be unwashed, unused and unworn items, in perfect condition including the packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect, saleable condition.
- Please note you will receive a store credit for sale items which have since been discontinued from our range.
- Shipping is not refundable on returns.
- Sorry we can't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.
- We do not accept refunds on change of mind electrical items. We will give a store credit for electrical items purchased within 30 days.
- Any bath or health products are not able to be returned.
